- Interior cleaning

2. Booking and Payment
- Booking: To book a valet service, you must complete our booking form on our website, by phone, or through other available channels. Bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, depending on the payment terms specified. We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. A cancellation fee of 100% may apply if you fail to provide adequate notice.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Access to Vehicle: You must provide us with access to your vehicle, ensuring it is parked in a suitable location for cleaning. If there are any specific areas or items you do not want us to clean or treat, you must notify us beforehand.
- Vehicle Condition: You agree to ensure that your vehicle is free of any hazardous or dangerous substances, including but not limited to, pets, sharp objects, or items that may pose a risk to our staff or equipment. We are not responsible for damage caused by the presence of such items.
- Personal Belongings: We recommend that you remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before the valet service. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
4. Service Limitations
- Extent of Service: Our car valet services are provided as described in our service packages. Any additional work requested will incur an extra charge, and we will inform you of the costs before commencing such work.
- Damage: While we take every care to avoid damage, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or any underlying issues that may become visible during the cleaning process (e.g., cracks, fading, or imperfections).
- Weather Conditions: If adverse weather conditions (such as heavy rain or snow) prevent us from performing the service, we may reschedule the service to a later date.
5. Liability and Insurance
- We hold public liability insurance to cover any damage caused during the provision of our services. However, we are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle that is unrelated to our service, such as pre-existing defects or issues that arise due to the age or condition of the vehicle.
- In the event of an accident or injury caused by our staff or services, we will take full responsibility, subject to the terms of our insurance policy.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Complaints and Disputes
